The Lower back pain is being healed in the same way by strengthening the lower back and leg.
The practices follow in while healing the injuries comprises with various stage, often injuries are been occur because of wrong positioning, poses, over working and pushing the body too hard also while performing Asthanga Yoga and other versions of yoga. Our instructor provides the services after an experience and research done in the field of the way by which yoga can heal the injuries, the procedure and stage are been divided three stages :-
Acute Stage
This stage is comprised on relaxing the body part which is being injured, decreasing the movement will require strength for the effective area, and restrain any re-injury to be the cause of pain and result into any swelling or other type of serious injure.
Subacute Stage
This can be said as slow and steady stage where the injury is in insubstantial stage which can easily be damaged and been broken more clearly the risk involve. In this stage movement of body part is stretch up to the limit where the injured muscle is not been affected i.e. the pain area. It begins with gentle move and some quantity of warm-up before yoga is essential. In this stage poses should be performed by using the slow and deep breathing and precautions should be taken about the limit and it should not have ill-affect to the injury.
Chronic Stage
In this stage healing of injured part is done but not absolutely because in case the body part is been pressurised than it can be the reason of re-injury. Precaution and care both should be done in case to get a result 100%.
Healing is done with the yoga by performing various poses during the stages, as different stages demands various form of poses which can relates with the different types of body. As these are the most powerful forms of exercise and mindfulness. In SIYA these are guided by the instructors who are fully expertise in their field. Some of the forms of poses in Yoga are as follows:



Mountain Pose, Chair Pose, Tree Pose, Forward Fold, Cobra, Downward Facing Dog, Warrior II, Legs up the Wall, Cow Pose, Pigeon Pose, Half Moon Pose, Dolphin pose, Forearm Stand, Supported Fish Pose and Corpse Pose.
These different poses directly focus and concentrate on various body parts which have been suffered, provides with more relaxation and comfort.
